Curriculum and Instruction Department Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vildan DONMUŞ KAYA has implemented the project titled ‘Measurement Tool Development and Adaptation Training in the Basic Field of Educational Sciences and Teacher Training’ within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2237-A Scientific Training Activities Support.
The face-to-face training was held at Fırat University Faculty of Education between 4-8 November 2024, and a productive training on measurement tool development and adaptation was carried out with educators and participants from different regions of Türkiye.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vildan DONMUŞ KAYA and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet EROĞLU from the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Fırat University participated in the project as trainers, while Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ufuk ERDOĞAN from the Department of Educational Administration and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Melih DİKMEN from the Department of Measurement and Evaluation in Education also participated. In addition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sedat ŞEN from Harran University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim YILDIRIM from Gaziantep University and Ph. Prof. Dr. Çilem DOĞAN GÜL from Hakkari University were involved as external trainers.
The participants of the project consisted of 20 graduate students studying at Amasya University, Çukurova University, Fatih Sultan Mehmet University, Fırat University, Gazi University, Hacettepe University, Istanbul University.
